brassangelThe speech I posted back on Mother's day. I tried to write it to be 5-7 minutes. It turns out my Ice breaker was only supposed to be 4-6 minutes, but luckily for me, a new member was timing and he timed it at 5-7, and i timed out @ 6 minutes 48 seconds. What ll that means is that since they messed up on the timing, I still qualified for the little vote tjhey do, and I got a certificate as Best Speaker of the evening. I don't think I actually WAS best speaker, but it's a nice little thing they do trying to make speakers feel confident.
